Bahwan Travels supports Travel Trade Seminar in Salalah

Bahwan Travel Services, one of the flagship companies of the Suhail Bahwan Group and the largest travel consortium in the Sultanate of Oman, supported a seminar for the Travel Trade in Salalah recently. The seminar was attended in large numbers by the travel trade of Salalah.

The seminar, organized by India Tourism in association with Air India, showcased India as an exciting tourist destination for Omani nationals and other residents of Oman. Mr. I.R.V. Rao, Assistant Director India Tourism Dubai office, who spoke on the occasion, said that India was uniquely positioned on the tourism map of the world offering diversity in terms of scenic beauty, cultural, historical and gastronomical experiences. He also highlighted the E-visa service for Omanis and foreigners visiting India that can be obtained online in less than 15 minutes.

Mr. Nadeem Ulde, Head of Sales, Bahwan Travels said, Salalah is an important market for us with increasing number of people from Dhofar region visiting India and other countries. We have appointed a dedicated holiday travel consultant to strengthen our team in Salalah.

Bahwan Tourism also showcased a range of holiday products for India ranging from beach holidays in Goa, Ayurveda resorts in the backwaters of Kerala, historical journeys in Delhi - Agra to adventure holidays in the Himalayas.
