Position: Sr. Executive
Location: Infopark
Reporting to: Sr. Manager
SUMMARY
Manage sales for Indian Operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities:
- Propose and Design all types of software and related solutions for Manufacturing, Banking, Public Sector, Trading and Distribution, Service Industries etc.
- Provide client demos/ Proof of concepts and participate in discussions.
- Work closely with Vendors and Partners to bring in new initiatives etc
- Responsible for learning and get product certification as per organizational and partner requirements.
- Keeping the organization updated on latest technology trend on his field of expertise.
- To travel to customer location (locally and globally)
Key Result Areas:
- Sales achievement
- Maintain product certifications
- Maintain required competencies
- Supporting the customer on 24/7 and reachable to company / customer to show commitment
- Extending the support on demands, as most of the IT support change requirement will be done during weekends
- Ensuring customer satisfaction at all times
- Obtaining certificate within given target time which is more important for company
- Maintaining confidentiality company information with customer
- Obtaining technical skills on new products, in-line with organization initiative and business demands
REQUIRED JOB COMPETENCIES
Academic Degree(s):
Bachelor/MBA/ Engineering/ Computer Applications
Technical Certification(s):
- Sales Certifications
- Microsoft/ oracle Certifications
- Product Specific Certification
Required Computers & IT Skills:
- Work on Microsoft Project, MS Office Tools is a must
- Strong knowledge on ERP Functions (Business Processes for various domains)
Required Language Skills:
Very good proficiency in English
Geographical Experience:
India & Global market Experience
Experience:
- Experience in selling of below systems (Business Knowledge)
- Manufacturing Processes
- Trading and Distribution domains
- Retail business Knowledge
- Finance and Accounting Process Knowledge is a must
- Bespoke application development
- Experience in selling (Technical Knowledge)
- Bespoke Application development
- ERP, e-services
