Bahwan Furnishings and Trading [BFT] is the largest commercial furniture, joinery and fit-out solutions provider in the Sultanate of Oman. With clearly demarcated business streams as below we have been meeting the furniture, joinery and interior decoration needs of the Sultanate for more than three decades:

Apart from joinery work, we design, craft and fabricate bespoke office furniture and stylish out-fittings at our 250,000sq.ft workshop facility in Rusayl Industrial Estate, which is equipped with some of the world's best state of the art and sophisticated machinery. We also source and distribute products from acclaimed manufacturers across the globe.

BFT specializes in large-scale commercial turnkey projects – right from conceptualization to commissioning of interiors for retail showrooms, offices, shops, residential buildings, academic institutions, factories and warehouses. We also cater to the requirements of both Small Home-Office and SME [Small- and Medium-sized Enterprises].

Ably backed up by highly skilled architects, interior designers, estimators, craftsmen, site engineers and management staff, we have carved a niche space for ourselves in both domestic and international markets with our exquisite designs, intricate craftsmanship, and environment-friendly products.

Our seamless global procurement system spanning Europe, America and the Far East helps us to offer high quality products at affordable prices. We buy timber from Germany, East Europe, Indonesia, and Malaysia; veneers from Europe and America; MDF from Malaysia and China and ironmongery from Germany.

Some of the other prestigious projects executed by BFT include wood work in the new headquarters of OAB, joinery furniture for Royal Guard of Oman, traditional wooden ceiling in Sohar Heritage Market, auditorium seating in Oman's largest indoor stadium [Cultural Centre Complex, Sultan Qaboos University] and wood work at the ITC Chola Grand, a 7-star green hotel in Chennai, India.
