Our B2B Product Range includes light commercial air conditioning systems, VRF systems, open freezers, cold rooms, minibars for hotels, mini safes, door locks, office automation equipment such as multi-functional copiers.

Our B2C Product Range includes residential air conditioning, refrigerators, washing machines, modular kitchen, cooking range, kitchen ware, water coolers and dispensers, televisions.

On the commercial front, BE is focusing on leveraging the burgeoning demand for advanced air-conditioning systems in the Sultanate with the latest range of Variable Refrigerant Flow [VRF] air-conditioning units from Toshiba, which are increasingly used as an alternative to traditional water-based heating and cooling systems in commercial buildings, hospitals, restaurants and shopping malls. Infrastructure-wise, we have two central warehouses in Muscat that are networked with the branch warehouses to ensure seamless delivery to dealers and customers. We also have a comprehensive service network with two major service centres in Muscat, satellite service centres at the branch locations and mobile workshops with specialized equipment and spare parts, to attend to customer complaints in every nook and corner of the Sultanate.
