BAHWAN WAGENBORG will execute its services using state-of-the-art equipment purchased recently from leading manufacturers in Europe operating from the base ear the Port of Sohar with its Head Office in Muscat. BAHWAN WAGENBORG will provide the following services using recently required:

• Heavylift Transportation by SPMT, Axles and Heavy Cranes
• Rig moving and Management Services
• Shipping Services
• Oilfield Management Services.

Some of the equipment to be used initially include Scheuerle conventional Platformtrailers combined with Heavy Duty Prime Movers with an initial carrying capacity of about 700 Tons. The Platformtrailers are kept with all auxiliary equipment to allow us to built all possible combinations including double wide trailers and dolly combinations.

BAHWAN WAGENBORG will also operate a fleet of heavy crawler cranes in the region. This fleet ranges from a 400 Tons crawler Type LR 1400 through 500 and 600 tons Demag cranes up to 750 ton crawler type LR 1750. All cranes are equipped with full boom lengths (up to 180 mtrs. Hook height) and the appropriate superlift attachments to enhance the lifting capacity.

Along with the Trailers and Cranes, BAHWAN WAGENBORG is also equipped with a large number of certified auxiliary equipment, such as supports, stools, ramps, beams, steel plates, spreaders, slings, shackles and a variety of miscellaneous rigging gear that is essential to carry out the job at a project site.

A trained and specialized team of Heavy Transport and Erection Engineers based at BAHWAN WAGENBORG’s Sohar premises will design and develop the transport solutions needed for your challenging project requirements.
