Job Description
Position: Sales Executive
Location: Muscat
Reporting to: Sr. Manager
SUMMARY
.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Responsibilities:
- To work closely with sales and marketing, technical support and service teams.
- To identify and assess customer needs and provide high quality customer care.
- To promote lab products and equipment, developing new accounts and/or expanding existing accounts.
- To develop good contacts with Pathologists and end users to generate enquiry for Lab Diagnostic products from all Healthcare facilities.
- Handle the IVD software related application support.
- Providing training to end user, trouble shooting and product presentations.
- Monitor competitor activities and their products.
- Follow up with supply chain division to ensure prompt supplies, plan inventory and expiry management.
- Completion of job within the prescribed TAT given by the customer.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters in Life Sciences or Medical Lab Technology from recognized university/college.
Technical Certification(s):
- Software installation background, technical certification on IVD analyzers.
Experience:
- Five to seven years’ experience in Diagnostic Market and Invitro Diagnostic Products, which includes handling biochemistry, immunology, molecular, quality controls, & serology application.
Other Requirements:
- Ability to integrate with the sales team in planning and executing account strategies.
- Excellent technical presentation skills for group and for one-to-one presentations.
- Excellent oral and written communication in English.
- Experience in Gulf countries preferred
- Omani/GCC driving license preferred
