EXPERIENCE:

1. Minimum of 6+ years of experience in handling pre-sales / technical sales for Citrix, VEEAM and VMware Technologies.
2. Maintain strong Conceptual, Architecture & Technical knowledge on followings:
• Data Center & Cloud Infrastructure Such as vSphere with Operations Management, NSX, vSAN, Site Recovery Manager, vRealize Suite, vCloud Suite, XeN, AWS & Azure
• Desktop and Application Virtualization Such as Horizon 7, App Volumes, XenApp and XenDesktop
• Enterprise Mobility Management Such as AirWatch and XenMobile
• Backup Solution Such as Veeam and Commvault
3. Have knowledge on Microsoft Infrastructure and knowledge on Network, firewall, Storages, Servers etc.
4. Work closely with sales team to identify/create new opportunities or formulate strategies on key accounts
5. Take ownership of Technical sales for creating solutions for customers.
6. Represent the company at trade exhibitions and events, attend pre and post sales business meetings, assist sales staff and contribute to the business sales by technical pre-sales support.
7. Work independently to make proposals, responses to RFPs, be able to conduct proof of concepts, make presentations to customers and be able to support field engineers for advanced troubleshooting
8. Shall provide technical support to field engineers during escalations.
9. Shall be independent and address customer requirements and interact with vendors
10. Shall have excellent interpersonal skills, communication and presentation skills.
11. Candidates who has worked in similar job roles/profiles will be preferred.

Qualifications:

Academic: Bachelor Degree in Engineering

Technical Certification(s):

1. Citrix Certified Professional on XenMobile, XenDesktop and XenApp
2. VMware Certified Professional on vSphere 5.x, View and vCloud
3. VEEAM Certified Professional

Required Computers & IT Skills:
Technical Exposure

Required Language Skills:

Should have effective Oral and written communication skills in English.

Geographical Experience:

Candidate with Gulf experience will have an advantage.

Industry Experience:

Should have worked in any of the IT service provider giving onsite support.
Direct interaction with the client.
Have hands on implementation experience of Server and storage.
Have design experience of at least 3 to 4 yrs for providing IT infrastructure solutions.
